As a buyer, SmartRE offers you the opportunity to buy into residential real estate in areas that would otherwise be impossible and without the hassles of property management. Here's how it works:

  1. Register* on our platform. We require a photo ID, a selfie with the photo ID, and a proof of residential address.
  2. Browse available homes on our platform.
  3. Review property details and valuation data.
  4. Select properties that match your preferred criteria.
  5. Purchase fractional ownership in multiple properties to diversify.
  6. Earn returns when others buy the equity, homeowners buy back equity, or when properties are sold.
  7. Track your investments through our easy-to-use dashboard.
  8. Earn dollar credits for when you refer buyers or homeowners who use our platform.

*We are required to go through this "Know Your Customer" process before you can start buying.
